Ad Fontes is a latin phrase that means "back to the sources." That phrase captures the educational philosophy of the Liberty University School of Law. The law library named the catalog Ad Fontes to reflect the vital role the library plays in legal education. The library acquires, preserves, and makes available the primary and secondary sources of the law, which include resources in print, electronic databases, and also microform. Making the sources available is one part of our mission. An equally important part is to help you, the researcher, find, identify, select, and obtain access to the materials you need.
If you need any assistance with your legal research, please ask a librarian.
